Marc’s approach to homebuilding is rooted in a deep respect for both the art and science of construction. He’s a native of Missouri with a family history rich in residential and commercial construction. Marc moved to Texas in the 1990's to work in the oil and gas industry as an Operations Manager overseeing multi-billion dollar projects for several large corporations as well as his own independently owned exploration company. Marc received his Master's in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Kim’s background as a paralegal specializing in business and tax law provides her with a solid foundation for the administrative side of custom homebuilding. Kim is a lifelong resident of Comal County, a graduate of Smithson Valley High School and received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio.
