Lot Assessment
Whether you already own your lot, or you are still searching for the right homesite, we are here for you! Lot assessment includes evaluating several factors such as location, size, topography and community guidelines to ensure the site meets your needs and preferences.
Plan, Design and Budget Development
Developing your floorplan and making your design selections is where your dreams start to come to life! At K & M Construction you will have one-on-one collaboration with our team to work through this iterative process where we discuss and refine the details of your new home to ensure the materials, finishes and features align with your personal style and functional needs. Once the plans and selections are complete, we will prepare a thorough construction budget.
Construction
From permits to punch lists and everything in between, our qualified team will manage the construction of your new home with daily supervision and regular inspections. We only work with elite trade partners who share our passion for craftsmanship and meet our standards for excellence.
Completion
Once construction is complete and all final inspections have been satisfied, the warranty period begins. We proudly offer a third-party home warranty from StrucSure for added peace-of-mind to protect your investment.
